Frequently asked questions
Is RIDA AI therapy or a medical service?
No. RIDA AI is a companion app for everyday conversation. It is not therapy, medical advice, or a crisis support service. If you are in danger or thinking about harming yourself, contact your local emergency number or a crisis support hotline in your country.
Where are my conversations stored?
They are stored on your device. Our servers relay messages to generate responses, but do not retain your conversation content, uploaded images, or documents.
Do you sell my data or use it to train models?
No. Your conversations are not sold and are not used to train anyone’s models. The information we retain is described in our Privacy Policy.
Does the app contain advertising?
No. RIDA AI displays no advertising inside the app. Its revenue comes only from subscriptions.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancel through your store account—on iPhone, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; on Android, use the Google Play app. Deleting the app does not cancel an active subscription.
What are credits?
Conversations and image creation use credits. A subscription provides an allocation of credits in each billing cycle, while the free plan includes a smaller allocation.
